The bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

It was horrible; the photos didn’t match the hotel at all, customer service was awful, it was dirty and unpleasant, the area felt dangerous, the safe didn’t work, there was little hot water, and the vibe was creepy. Nothing was good, everything could improve, but it’s truly terrible. I’d rather sleep on the floor.
