The environment is very pleasant; everything else was fine.

Jess was super patient and helpful – really appreciated her care. The only hiccup was a bathroom lid that keeps falling off, probably just needs tightening. Overall good service but a small annoyance.

The volunteers were great and the outdoor art spaces were a highlight. The owner, however, was incredibly rude, yelling in Spanish about foreigners paying VAT and refusing to listen until his son stepped in. Plus the 7 am cleaning crew rattles the kitchen area, waking us up with pots and bathroom scrubbing.
