The spot was easy to find and right in the city center. However, the room listed with an A/C and TV turned out to be non‑air‑conditioned and without a television, and I didn’t feel able to challenge that.

The bed was completely uncomfortable.

The staff were helpful and friendly, even with the language barrier, so I’d give it a 9.5/10 overall.

Only the bedroom had an A/C, making the rest of the flat swelteringly hot, and there were no cooking facilities, but the caretaker was very good and polite.
