The location, courtesy, cleanliness, and pool were all good.

The structure is nice, rooms have good furnishings, and the outdoor pool definitely has its own charm, but it lacks practical details. The staff was unfortunately disorganized, as if they didn’t know how to run a hotel (for a 3‑star plus that surely charges). Breakfast was not restocked after it was finished (no one came to the table to ask what you prefer, no explanation of the service, nothing; the same for half board). We had a suite, a double bed with only one bedside table, a desk in the room without a chair, and the bathroom only had plain soap, no shampoo or conditioner.

The hotel’s strengths are the beautiful outdoor pool and the indoor Jacuzzi. The breakfast is very varied and fresh. My room was dirty, with many broken items that were not fixed. There were very few towel attachments, and in 4 it was a problem. The outdoor balcony was not very private.
