Situated under 1 km from Colchester Town railway station and 1.7 km from the Institute, it provides easy access to St Botolph’s Priory ruins, Headgate Theatre, and Colchester Castle. Highly praised for cleanliness, friendly service, and central convenience.

Lovely little place just a short walk to the town

I booked at the last minute for a stay in Colchester and the host was incredibly welcoming. The place is a charming self‑contained garage conversion, and its location is just a short walk into town. We grabbed Thai takeaway from a spot right around the corner and then relaxed in the apartment after a hectic day. Parking was available outside, and even though the weather was scorching, the area felt safe and the windows could be opened freely. Overall, it was a really nice stay. The only hiccup was a bit of trouble getting the TV to stream Netflix, but that seemed more like a signal issue than anything else.
