The staff were really friendly ❤️. Because I was arriving late and it was a holiday, I appreciated the staff constantly calling to help with check‑in and related matters.

The facilities were good. However, employee training needs improvement! When checking in and paying by card, the data wasn’t finished, so they should have confirmed it right away. Why did it take a while before the room was ready and they kept asking when I’d finish the checkout? It feels like guests might just leave the hotel? The invoice should have been given at checkout, but I was told to apply through the platform, and after leaving I was told the hotel would issue it? This is the first time in Taiwan I’ve encountered this, and it feels awful! Totally different from other hotels.

Everything was pretty good, but it’s a shame there’s no indoor parking.
