Wellness hotel Rezidence

I stayed in room 122 and noticed a sticker on the door that says no smoking; it’s halfway peeled off, dirty, and the wooden tray has a plastic coating that’s starting to peel and crack along the edges, scratching my calves when I move. Breakfast offered everything typical for a hotel of this class, except for a single type of standard ham, one type of salami, two types of cheese, and one type of processed cheese; after a week I’d have eaten more, and there was only one kind of fruit yogurt that was watery. Overall, the rest was fine, and the small issues I mentioned above were the only problems, so the experience was acceptable.

Nice town and surroundings, plenty of options for day trips nearby. Nothing else.

Pool, hotel location, restaurant. Parking was far from the hotel, the tower clocks rang all night and disrupted sleep, and because there was no air conditioning the room was hot. The room lacked sufficient storage space.

Comfortable beds. The hallway to the room was narrow and dark. The accommodation was right on the square and parking was far from the lodging.

Something was found that one liked. But the good Kipferl were only passed by the serving counter, not offered at the breakfast buffet. The tap water quality was bad – it smelled awful. The room air was also not great. The restaurant staff avoided contact with foreign guests and ignored them. We tried to order drinks in the afternoon/evening and were always ignored, even though we had paid, because we had no All In or other. Overall the staff didn’t speak English. Only one lady at the reception could speak a little German.
