It was a tidy hotel with cool facilities, so I would definitely return. The private spa could have been a touch cleaner.

“Disappointing and overpriced- Property as whole in need of a good revamp”

The location was decent, but everything else was a let‑down. Our stay felt like a weekend on a construction site, even though there was no construction noise; the surrounding area was unpleasant and far from what we expected. The pool area desperately needs work—chairs are covered in green algae and the whole spot needs a deep clean. The rooms were far less basic than the photos showed. The plunge pool was only knee‑deep at best, so it was impossible to sit in it or let my child use it comfortably, especially with the heat. It also made an odd noise every few minutes as if it was refilling with hot water, which was annoying. The outdoor area, including the patio and the sliding door to the outside, was filthy and in dire need of a thorough clean and power wash. We paid a lot for this stay and were expecting a much higher standard, so the property fell well below our expectations and needs significant cleaning, maintenance, and investment to match the photos.

“Just right, excellent location and a great deal. Enjoyed the stay.”

The room was big to accommodate all of us and clean. Layout was also very good. We enjoyed the spa which made us feel like we didnt need the pool. Cooking facilities are excellent. I would recommend an additional TV on the upstairs bedroom

“Was comfortable but needs cleanliness level lifted.”

Was a good spot and had ok facilities. Cleanliness was poor. Minimal attempt to clean corners of bathrooms have never been touched. Hair and dust in corners. Dusty bench tops and still had towels hanging from rafters upstairs. Cosmetic touch ups to make photos look good but need to tidy up rooms
