The rooms were spacious and the staff were friendly, and the outdoor dining area looked gorgeous with a nice bar nearby. However, my room had several problems: towels were missing, the fridge was off, there were dead bugs, and no trash can was provided. The worst part was that they changed their promise about the free airport transfer—after an email saying there would be a free pickup or drop‑off, they refused the drop‑off and demanded 25 USD, then when I complained they raised the price to 30 USD. It was a very annoying and unprofessional experience.

I booked the hotel for my executives, and everything else was fine, but the rooms they assigned had bedbugs, so they couldn’t get a good rest.

The location is close to the Chabad house. The hotel is old and the rooms are not well maintained, the carpet is dirty, and the windows are not clean.
