“Disgusting”

The only good thing was the location, but the humidity smell was horrible—so bad you could barely stay in the room; showering or brushing your teeth felt disgusting. There were cockroaches in every bathroom, and it was intense. I’ve travelled for two months in India on a very low budget and I’m used to dirty walls, animals, and bugs, which is fine, but this place felt genuinely unhygienic and ruined my stay in Kochi. The bedsheets were torn and very dirty. The woman in charge of cleaning was rude for no reason and even killed a cockroach in the bathroom with her bare foot. I also saw her mopping the floors with a filthy, foul‑smelling mop, which just spread the smell everywhere. The owner doesn’t care. I messaged him about the smell and the cockroaches and asked for a spray—he ignored me. Never again.

“POOR IDIOTS”

The lady was arrogant and the owner was fraudulent—he is not a human, he is such an evil person who doesn’t even care. Even after booking confirmation and reaching there he said no rooms, despite calling multiple times and being told rooms were available. But after arriving, he and his staff said no rooms, such a nasty fellow. The rooms were nasty and dirty, there was no lift, and the staff were arrogant, rude, and useless.

Just a place to stay!!! The location was the only downside.

The location was fine, but there was no response even after calling; I never actually stayed.
