I was really impressed with the hotel; the all‑inclusive package, clean pools, tasty food and snacks fully justified the price, and the kids’ entertainment was excellent, though you should watch the GPS location because the roads can be very rough. I didn’t find anything I disliked.

I liked that the hotel isn’t huge; it has two pools—one at the front that’s busy with slides and animation, and a quieter one at the back—and hygiene is good, the rooms are clean, the shower is nice, and the food is fine, so we had a great time. However, by 6:45 am all the loungers were already taken and most people only arrived at the pool after 10 am, with some reserving the best spots and then heading to the beach before returning in the afternoon, which needs fixing, and the restaurant queues were extremely long because all dishes are served from one side, often making you wait half an hour while holding a heavy plate for your child; the plates are heavy, the food is cold, and the service layout should be rethought, perhaps by splitting the line. Apart from a few staff members, most employees were unfriendly and sometimes rude, often speaking about other guests in Turkish, which I found unacceptable and made it hard to smile.

Everything was great, from the room to the beach. Service, food, and guest care were excellent—everything exceeded our expectations. No complaints.
Nice beach, good hotel appearance, pool, cleanliness. The animations are always the same, and the food is also monotonous.

The breakfast setup was a pain. Long lines for food, and if you wanted something special or to grill, you’d wait like a beggar for about 15 minutes. I had to spin the chairs around the room several times just to find a seat.
