I liked how cheap it was, and the hotel gave us a handy list of nearby restaurants that were close to the spots we wanted to visit. I only found out after checking out that we’d been charged an extra fee for self‑parking each night. The drive up to the hotel was a bit rough, and it was hard to spot oncoming traffic when turning onto the road that leads to the hotel. Our sink had a drainage issue the morning before we left, but we let the manager know before we checked out.

The breakfast was outstanding, and the young lady who worked on Sunday was incredibly polite, friendly, and professional, handling everything on her own. The general manager on Monday was also very courteous, stepping in when another staff member was absent from the breakfast area. The hotel felt a bit dated but was very comfortable and exceptionally clean, with staff who were friendly and professional throughout. Its location was ideal for our trip to celebrate our grandson’s 9th birthday, just about a 15‑minute drive from Palm Beach Avenue. We didn’t stay long enough to use the pool, but it looked clean and ready if we had needed it. The only downside was the poor signage; we could have found the place easily if we hadn’t relied on GPS. Other than that, we’d gladly stay again.
