After the issue arose, we couldn’t get in touch with them and ended up without accommodation because of their fault.

The hotel’s location was perfect for us, the pools were fantastic, and the overall complex was excellent. However, the room was very small and functional, noisy, there was no electricity at breakfast so we couldn’t make coffee or toast, and we always had to ask the reception for pool towels.

The pool was great and the location was spot on, but the room had a noticeable odor that made it uncomfortable.
