The owner and staff were attentive and customer‑focused, making our stay enjoyable and stress‑free; it offers great value.
The top two floors offer flawless balcony views, and I’d definitely choose those over the standard rooms below. The balcony is spacious and the Kandy scenery is stunning, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the staff provide excellent service.

The hotel sits in a great spot, the room was decent with a very clean bathroom and a small balcony, and I liked the overall vibe. Food was tasty and breakfast was very satisfying, while the staff were polite and accommodating. The only downside was the lack of pillows; I wish the room had two more proper ones, which is why I’m giving it a 9 instead of a 10.
I stayed at this hotel for several days and was very satisfied. Check‑in was quick, payment by card is accepted, and no extra taxes are added. The room matches the photos exactly: clean, bright, roomy, and the balcony offers an incredible view. The owner is very welcoming, giving useful tips right at check‑in and always ready to help. Taxi services are available, and a transfer to another city was arranged smoothly with no issues. The ground floor hosts a great restaurant with a beautiful mountain view, serving tasty and varied breakfasts; I’ve also dined there for dinner several times and the food is genuinely good. Note that rooms are spread over several floors and there is no elevator, but that didn’t bother me, especially since they’re always ready to help with luggage. I would gladly stay here again.
