A warm welcome from the owning couple, and before we arrived they suggested booking the evening meal at the house‑table, a generous spread with quality ingredients and a friendly chat with the hosts and owners—an enjoyable, convivial moment. A tip: book through Gites de France, it’s cheaper than other sites. The price was higher than what Gites de France offers.

The room was spacious, warm, clean, and super quiet, giving me a fantastic night’s sleep. The only downside was that there was no kettle to make hot drinks.
