Rockfort Hotel

The location and security were good. I upgraded from twin single beds to a queen bed to get a bigger bed, but it was still too small and uncomfortable. When I asked the receptionist to upgrade again, she said she would check, then the next day she simply said we can’t. I stayed almost six nights in that small queen bed that really only fits one person, and the receptionists were unwilling to help. There was no variety of breakfast, and the fridge didn’t work on all the days I stayed.

Breakfast had a fair variety, in my opinion. The location is good because you can easily reach nearby malls, a church, and other establishments. The staff were nice. The location is a bit difficult for elderly companions because of the steep slope to the hotel. We stayed on Sunday and could hear the nearby worship service from the hotel. Keycards were broken during our stay.

The bed and the room itself were great. It was just a bit expensive.

“Very Nice - Hi-tech hotel”

The hotel is very new, with clean and comfortable rooms that have very hi‑tech facilities. All the usual amenities were provided. There is a large courtyard for self‑parking with a security guard monitoring. Breakfast was delivered to the room at the requested time from a selection of four options—nothing fancy but perfectly adequate.
