The room had a double bed, but the AC didn’t work even after I complained at reception and no one came to fix it; the bathroom flush also failed and nobody checked it after I raised the issue.

The service was good, but the facilities are not well maintained.

The location was fine, but the cleanliness could have been much better; the stairs and walkway were covered in filth.
