“Decepcionó con veces anteriores”

Breakfast was repetitive and overly spicy. The bathroom smelled bad, the toilet bowl leaked, the floor got wet, and despite notifying the manager and the maid, no one was sent to seal the base.

“Hotel con buena ubicación pero deja que desear.”

The location was fine and the free airport‑to‑hotel taxi service worked well. However, the booking promised breakfast included, which wasn’t the case. The wooden floor in the room was old and lifted, making a lot of noise, especially at night. Ventilation was poor, with only a small window, and the only fan was a noisy desk model, forcing a choice between heat or fan noise. The bathroom had mold in the shower area and needed better cleaning. On one day, no water was supplied in the room; after calling reception, they said they would send it, but thirty minutes later I had to go downstairs to find out why, and the receptionist simply replied that they ran out for all rooms and didn’t bother to call back. Overall, a bad experience.

The location was great, but only local channels were available on TV and there was no antenna.

“Cosas que mejorar”

The location was good, but we had a medical issue and the hotel staff didn’t give us any information about a clinic or doctor, so we just waited for a response.
