Shortly after booking and paying, I was told the spa was closed. I requested a cancellation and refund because we chose the hotel for its pool. The reservation was made in August. It’s now October, the money hasn’t been refunded, and they’re not responding to messages.

I ate the restaurant bun and the rooms were beautiful.

The exterior looks great, the parking is right at the building and supermarkets are right next to it. The reception was unfriendly and the door closer was broken. I booked the best room, but the bed squeaked and was uncomfortable. There was constant humming from the air‑conditioner pump. The spa isn’t in the building as expected. The balcony room has a balcony, but it’s shared with other rooms. The room furnishings were insufficient, no hooks, the sink was wobbly… Breakfast was okay but not great. The fresh food was superb.
