Pretty good overall, so I’d give it a 9.

The infrastructure was fine, but one of the two rooms I booked had a nasty smell and a lot of house flies; I complained to the front desk but they didn’t reply until the next morning when I discovered the odor was coming from a small cupboard filled with food waste that was 2–3 days old—photos are attached. The staff treated customers like fools.

Very nice hotel and a comfortable stay, so I gave it a perfect 10.

They didn’t let me stay at the last minute and gave my room to someone else. The staff called me at 12:30 pm and said a wedding reception was happening so all rooms were booked, only my room was set aside. Then from 6:00 pm there would be loud music and no parking. They called me on the way to the hotel and offered to book another nearby hotel, effectively giving our room away and avoiding us—very bad.
