The place was spotless and the staff were enthusiastic.

The front‑desk staff were friendly and energetic, but every bed sheet, pillow, duvet, and other linens left by previous guests were unwashed and smelled awful, so I had to ask for a full change before checking in. I booked three rooms and all three had the same stench.
