The room offered a perfect view of the Empire State Building, was impeccably clean, and the staff were incredibly kind—one even went out of their way to escort us to the rooftop after hours so my teenage daughters could snap a photo.

The reception staff were fabulous, the coffee shop was brilliant for mornings, and I loved the location in NY and the rooftop bar, though the rooftop bar’s menu was a bit limited when it came to salads.
