The central location is great, but there are no parking spots available. The walls are not soundproof, so we heard the neighbors fight all night. The next morning there was no water to use the bathroom, and when I asked the owner for an explanation he didn’t bother to answer. I had to buy emergency wipes to clean myself, it wasn’t even a self‑service station, how disgusting! Poor quality and the host was rude and indifferent.

The manager was friendly on the phone, but the floor was broken with missing pieces, the bathroom door was broken and squeaked on the floor, the walls were stained, cigarette burns on the desk, no blanket, and broken power outlets.

“Alloggio senza pretese”

The location is fairly central. The room is spacious and clean. The host is helpful. The TV was there but didn’t work; I even tried searching for channels but nothing. The shower area is large but the big shower head is just for show; the small one works but leaks from the pipe. The water temperature is a bit lukewarm. The bed is big but the pillows were high and firm for my taste. I also paid double the tourist tax. Otherwise everything was fine.

The mattress is worn out and sinks in the middle. The blinds don’t lower because they’re broken, letting light in, and the pillows are too uncomfortable.
