Location. Access is difficult. No elevator! On the 5th floor. Minimal equipment. No contact with the hotel, which is not a hotel! Just a room in a building.
The location is perfect, right in the center of Milan near several shops and conveniences. The room is very small, on the 4th floor, so imagine carrying a suitcase up four floors. The cleanliness of the room is lacking; there were many scratches on the furniture and the curtains. The bathroom was not clean, the shower pump didn’t work, and I would expect more than two mini soaps for a €150 night. The towels were not clean either. Entering the apartment and the room afterwards is a real challenge with all the codes you have to enter. In short, the room is not very welcoming and especially not suitable for a stay longer than two days. The bed, however, is comfortable and the sheets are clean. I wouldn’t return; I’d rather move away from the center and get more comfort at the same price.

The room has been renovated compared to the building. The fourth floor is accessed by stairs. They were doing work to install an elevator.

“Muitos pequenos problemas”
The location is good. Opening and closing the doors is a complex and annoying system with many steps. The bath towels are small and very thin, they don’t dry properly. There wasn’t enough soap for showering or hand washing. The shower does not close directly and water splashes the bathroom.
