The hotel entrance was welcoming and breakfast offered a wide variety. The staff’s English skills were poor.

“לא ממליץ”

It seems the carpets have been in the hotel since it opened. They don’t vacuum, they tidy the room but barely collect the trash. The rooms smelled very stale and unpleasant, so the maintenance crew leaves empty rooms open to air out.

I was close to the bus stop that takes you straight from the airport, and the staff were friendly, though their English was limited. Unfortunately, we had no hot water on the last day, and they never mentioned it; we had to call reception for updates, but no repair progress was ever communicated.

“Hotel location is great. But room need renovation.”

The car park staff were super friendly and always gave directions, even though my Korean is non‑existent and their English is just so‑so; they used hand signs and a phone translator to point out where to park. The room looked old and had an old smell.
