The hotel, including the lobby, is very clean and stylishly furnished, and the reception was friendly and efficient. On the day of arrival a power outage meant we couldn't pay by card or withdraw cash from ATMs, so they let us pay for the room later. The laundry service worked great: the washed and folded clothes were back in our room in under 24 hours. Our room was near the communal area at the back of the hotel, giving us plenty of quiet. The stylish décor could be more functional—there were no shelves in the bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient for women. The power outage was obviously troublesome, but asking the reception each time whether the generator could be turned on felt impractical; if a shower with a tankless heater and a comfortable air‑conditioning unit were needed, I would have liked the hotel to activate the generator automatically during outages.
