Antonio, the owner, was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to help us. He drove us to the São Filipe port so we could catch the ferry at no charge and even visited the ferry office the day before to confirm the free departure. The only hiccup was an occasional lack of hot water, but with the weather constantly warm it didn’t bother us much. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The staff were genuinely welcoming, and the owner in particular seemed eager to assist with anything we needed. From answering questions to arranging small favors, his willingness made the stay feel effortless. I left feeling well taken care of.

The owner was very proactive and accommodating, and the location is perfect if you need quick access to the airport. They even provide a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport, which saved us a lot of hassle. The only downside was a broken faucet in the bathroom that needed fixing.

The apartment itself is pleasant and the host is genuinely kind, always ready with directions to a nearby good restaurant. Its proximity to the airport is a plus, and the free airport ride they offer made arrivals and departures smooth. Overall, a comfortable base for exploring the area.
