“Great place”

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the forest, a 15-minute drive from Besançon. Véronique, the host, is a charming and warm woman who welcomed us with a big smile and a big heart. The room was brand new and spotlessly clean, a absolute pleasure. She offered us dinner at the hotel, and it was wonderful. We highly recommend it and would love to come back again. Thank you so much, Véronique! 🙏

Les Rubys is tucked outside the village, in an extremely quiet spot surrounded by dense forest and only a few houses, so you can really escape city noise. The room is modern, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated while preserving beautiful old wooden beams. The bathroom is also very pleasant and well maintained. The bed was the highlight: the mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the duvet was soft, light, and delightful. Even the linens and towels with the Les Rubys logo give a sense of quality and attention to detail. There’s a heated pool, a jacuzzi, and a sports area—big plus after a long trip. We didn’t have breakfast, so we can’t comment on that. We loved the place for its silence, comfort, and natural setting. We’d gladly return and recommend Les Rubys. I’d give it 5 stars, especially considering the room, cleanliness, quiet, and that bed—photos really show how tidy everything is.
