“Un lugar perfecto”

The accommodation was very well located in the city, the reception staff and assistants were very friendly, the cleaning was perfect, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was varied, featuring local and national products and was very well served. The TV didn’t allow screen sharing—meaning I couldn’t open apps like YouTube, Netflix, Prime Video from my phone; only Italian TV channels were available.

The place is very central, within walking distance of the bus and train stations and the city centre, and the room was large with a solid breakfast. However, the toilet paper couldn’t be flushed down, which felt very unpleasant if you’re not used to collecting it in a small bin; the building should consider replacing the pipes.

The property is beautiful, brand‑new, spotless and meticulously detailed, with elegant furnishings and pleasantly scented rooms. The staff are extremely kind and always ready to help. Even though it’s on a busy street, the excellent windows provide perfect silence and the beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring excellent rest. It sits in a strategic spot in the heart of Messina, close to the Duomo, the station and many attractions. Highly recommended – we’ll definitely come back.
