I’d give it 9.0/10; the location is convenient, the staff were great, and the room and price were excellent, though I wished there was coffee.

I’d rate it 7.0/10; the price, staff, and cleanliness were good, but the fridge smelled terrible and wasn’t usable.

I spotted some pretty roses, but the overall place felt like a dump; both my room and the coworker’s room had cigarette smoke lingering, the bed was just a plank, the fridge had no shelves (you’d have to buy replacements, seriously), fixtures were rusty, towels looked like glorified rags, and the AC unit was hidden under the sink’s counter so you have to crawl on your hands and knees to change it – an embarrassing hack I can’t imagine corporate would ever approve.
