“Bon séjour”
It’s big and easy to access, close to the beach. It’s a bit pricey.
“Clean, good location but needs a refurbish”
The location is great, just a few meters from the beach and a short drive to the cenotes, with off‑road parking available. The pool was clean and mostly ours. Staff helped when we requested a room cleaning and quickly resolved a water shortage. However, each bedroom had an air‑conditioner but none in the kitchen or living area, making it unbearably hot in July/August, so we couldn’t stay there long. The kitchen lacked enough glasses and cutlery, and the mattresses were uncomfortable and need replacement.
“Disappointing for what we paid”
The spot is great and the staff were quick to help, but the AC was broken so the first night was scorching. We were shifted to a smaller apartment the next day with fewer facilities and no compensation offered, and an extended checkout would have been a nice touch. The curtains were dirty and the bed was uncomfortable.

We spent one night at Coop; it was very comfortable, a nice apartment.

It’s a pleasant place; whenever I go there I stay, I like their clean beaches far from noise. Everything is excellent.
