I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. However, my experience was somewhat marred by the hotel's inexplicable decision to serve a peculiar local coffee substitute called Ricoffy, which I found unpalatable.

The hotel's location was a major plus, as it was conveniently situated for my needs. Unfortunately, the breakfast was merely adequate, and the kitchen facilities were not up to par, making it better for me to prepare my own meals. To make matters worse, the owner initially seemed uncertain about our booking, and it took him 20 minutes to acknowledge our reservation and allow us to check in.
