The staff were very friendly. We were the only guests because of renovations, yet they still prepared an excellent dinner for us: salmon with roasted vegetables and spare ribs with side dishes. We also booked breakfast. Both together, including a bottle of wine, espresso, and dessert in the evening, were very cheap. The room was huge, with a long corridor and two beds, a private bathroom on the corridor with a separate toilet… everything was tidy. In the garden there were little cabins lit at night and other things. Despite being close to the N4, there was almost nothing else nearby. The place otherwise offers nothing, so it’s more for a quick stop than for a multi‑day stay.

The stay went well. Dinner was guaranteed on Monday night even though the restaurant was closed. Nothing to report.

The staff were friendly. The place is full of history. The restaurant is a must‑try. Breakfast was pleasant. We’ll definitely come back!

The ground floor was pleasantly cool. The atmosphere in the rooms was nice. Everything was spacious except the staircase to the first floor. Opening the windows for cooling was tricky. But the stay was pleasant. The garden was under construction and therefore noisy. Anyone expecting air conditioning will be disappointed.
