“A wonderful visit to Trueigh Hill”

The staff were lovely and helpful, and the breakfast was good. I joined the free guided walk, which was challenging but enjoyable. The balcony offers wonderful views, and I definitely plan to visit regularly since I live about seven miles away and it’s the perfect spot for a walk to Devil’s Dyke. I can’t think of anything negative.

This is an excellent place to stay, and the staff are very friendly.

“Medical risk but nice”

The scenery was beautiful. However, climbing the stairs hurt my back, triggered hay fever attacks, and I got injured while trying to access food and drink. Elderly guests reminded me I was hungry and gloating, suggested I go for a walk, and even flirted with me. They tried to get me to meet up with many children, reminded me I couldn’t bike because my bike was stolen, and that I couldn’t drive because I have uncontrolled epilepsy. I was locked out in freezing cold for about five hours, and now I’m sick, memory‑impaired, and can’t remember the code.

“House from hell”

I was harassed by a 13‑year‑old child in conspiracy with 111 trying to frame people, and an ambulance attempted to cause bodily harm. They lied about the proximity to Shoram and charged me £60 for two taxis. I was starved for 12 hours of the day and then charged £11.95 for a small breakfast. There were no shops, medical help, etc. A cat was killed by foxes, and I was bored with nothing to do. Just wanted to let you know.
