The place feels really local, with a clear effort to look after the surrounding nature and the staff are genuinely welcoming. Unfortunately, the pool was out of order and the water slide didn’t work at all, which was a disappointment. Overall, the vibe is nice but the missing amenities hurt the experience.

This hotel is pleasantly cool and tucked into a lot of greenery, whether you’re strolling through the garden or the nearby forest. The only real hassle was the scarcity of power sockets in the rooms, so I had to bring my own charger. Still, the fresh atmosphere makes up for the inconvenience.

We liked pretty much everything about the stay, especially having exclusive access to the lagoon – it felt like our own private beach. There really wasn’t anything negative to note. All in all, a solid experience.

Location is the strong point here – you’re right on the lagoon and can walk straight to the water. The downside is that some of the facilities look a bit neglected and could use a bit of TLC. If they spruce up the maintenance, it would be spot on.
