The comfort and cost were beneficial, yet the pool was very small and seemed a bit poorly maintained.

The location and roof garden with jacuzzi were positives, but the lobby price felt high; we were asked for a $200 guarantee for towels and controls. The pools were not very clean. At the American party, towels and controls were not charged. We were never told about the roof garden with jacuzzi until the last day. Internet in the room was unreliable until the final day.

The location is great, but the window in my room wouldn't open, the heat was intense, about 80 % of the time there was no internet, and there were cockroaches.

Everyone was very friendly and the place was clean, but when we arrived our reservation wasn’t on file; they still managed to sort it out.
