Located in front of Cascada de la Virgen Cascade, Sangay Spa Hotel features a swimming pool, tennis court, football pitch, and free Wi-Fi in Baños. Rooms have cable TV, private bathrooms, and large windows overlooking the cascade. A buffet breakfast is served daily. Guests can use the Turkish bath, hot tub, and games room with table tennis, tennis, and basketball facilities. Free parking is provided, 800 metres from the bus terminal.

The hotel is excellent and the rooms are comfortable, but the wet area needs some attention. Everything else was very good.

Being close to downtown Baños and the breakfast were great. The street music was annoying.
