The location was great, the pool was great, the atmosphere was great, and there was nothing we didn’t like.

“Overpriced and did not feel safe in an otherwise beautiful hotel”

The location, amenities, and overall atmosphere were fine, but the airport shuttle was requested and confirmed and never showed up. Breakfast was very overpriced for mediocre quality. Staff tried to enter my room while I was there three times, and when I complained, the first response was, “Did you have a party or were you celebrating?” The follow‑up made me feel even more blamed and uncomfortable while traveling alone. They also sent me five different invoices after I checked out, with the latest including extra charges for a minibar I didn’t use. I will never stay in this hotel again.

I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel. The cookies were great.

The hotel was very comfortable and reasonably located. It was a fair walk in the heat to the town centre.
