The staff were friendly, the family room fit our needs perfectly, and both the restaurant and breakfast were enjoyed by everyone.

The location staff and value were good, but there was no lift.

The location was exceptional, parking was available, but the old stairs and lack of elevator were a problem; the breakfast option had to be decided the night before, and we arrived at dinner time and had to check in at a restaurant amid all the confusion.
