Chalet Trilha das Águas sits on the road to Fraga waterfall – I knew the area, so it was easy to find, and even if you’re new it’s hard to miss.

“Tranquilidade e calmaria”
The price was solid and the place is perfect for anyone who likes a quiet, no‑frills stay. The only thing that could improve is the shower – a stronger jet would be nice – and the living room could use the same ceiling panels as the bedroom.
The surroundings are full of nature, which was a big plus. The only downside was the shower – it was a bit weak.
There was plenty of space and all the kitchen equipment was top‑notch.

The road isn’t paved, but it’s close to the Rio de Contas entrance and doesn’t damage your car. The place is big, roomy, and cozy, and the host Clóvis is polite, friendly, and always ready to answer questions by phone or WhatsApp. The organization and cleanliness are top‑notch, and even in September nights were a bit chilly.
