The Twin Towers Hotel in central Bangkok is a 10-minute drive from Siam Paragon Mall and 20 minutes from Platinum Shopping Centre. This hotel features a well-appointed spa, outdoor swimming pool, and 6 dining options, including free parking and public area WiFi. Modern rooms have large windows, refrigerators, and TVs with cable channels, while guests can enjoy a traditional Thai massage or work out at the fitness centre.

The room and reception had good space. The furniture in the room was very old and worn out, and the TV had no Arabic channels or even YouTube. The hotel restaurant didn’t serve halal food, and the staff didn’t understand what halal meant. The room cleaning was very poor; they only changed the trash and didn’t touch anything else. The shower water was cold, not hot. Also, the hotel shuttle service was charged, even though other hotels usually offer it for free to guests.

The location, breakfast, and pool were great. The room was a bit old and very large, which made it feel a little less cozy.

The rooms were large, the staff were helpful, the location was excellent, and it was next to a supermarket.
