Holiday Inn Express Fayetteville by IHG

The housekeeping staff were rude and the rooms weren’t cleaned well.

It was friendly, clean, and very comfortable; the king room was huge, a double king, and very spacious, with no complaints and a very impressive stay.

I was impressed by how clean everything was and the staff were really helpful. Nothing else to mention.

Front desk staff were nice and helpful, location. Where should I start. I've never had an experience like this hotel before. Housekeeping did not do their job. We stayed 6 days, not a single wipe down during our stay. Requested extra towels, 4 of us stayed in the room 3 towels were left. Toilet paper roll left by the sink wrapped. Sink is outside of the restroom. Hand soap were not filled up for 2 days. I know they are doing the renovation, but the rooms are falling apart. Breakfast was the lowest quality I ever had. Mid trip our tv quit working, they offered to move rooms which is a plus, I had no desire to pack our stuff and move rooms

“Comfortable convenient location”

The location is great, the staff are friendly, and the room is big and nice. The only downside was the lack of enough parking.
