The room cost $49.00 for the night, and the accommodation was right where I needed it for my concert, but being placed right beside the noisy communal bathroom door (which everyone has to unlock) and the hallway door that rattles was incredibly disruptive all night; I had booked months in advance, so I can't understand why I was given such a lousy room when it wasn't a last‑minute booking, especially as a regular customer.

Nothing really. Facility is poor, no parking- they should let people know that parking is charged and it's not enough. The building and Facility is DEAD!
