The team was welcoming, laid‑back, and approachable, and the breakfast offered a wide selection of good quality items. However, for a five‑star property we expected a more polished, attentive service with finer detail and anticipation of needs; the staff were friendly but sometimes felt too relaxed for a five‑star experience.

The outdoor pool facilities feel fresh and very relaxing. Everything else is well maintained and comfortable. The cleaning could use improvement, and the spa is too small for a hotel of this class; it should have more amenities. The pool area would benefit from more greenery and shade.

Everything was perfect! I had an exceptional stay. The place is very clean and the staff are very friendly. Nothing to add.
