The staff at the reception are friendly and accommodating. Khushbu and the manager were super kind

I think this place is one of the best on the palm, but sometimes room service doesn’t pick up the phone.

The location and staff room were great, but the walls aren’t soundproof, the rooftop pool is chargeable, and I wish there were a bathtub.
