The Dellwood offered great value, the breakfast was excellent, and the owners were very friendly and welcoming, though the rain was a downside.

“Large bedroom in a traditional Victorian style house”

The room was spacious with a large bedroom in a traditional Victorian house, modern interior mixed with period features, tea and coffee with china crockery provided, a modern bathroom with bath/shower, breakfast cooked to order with only cereals, juice and toast, a town map in the entrance hall, and a good spot for exploring Kintyre; meals out were hard to find but the owners suggested several places; the only issue was a lack of plugs by the bed.

“Lovely owner who does a brilliant breakfast!”

The location was really good, within walking distance of town, and the owner was mega friendly; the room felt a little tired and could use some updates, but the bed was very comfortable, I slept well, breakfast was fantastic, and the owner was incredibly helpful.

The hosts were very friendly, the place was comfy and quiet, and getting to the town was easy.
