I booked this place a month and a half ahead, got a confirmation chat, and my card was charged. The day before I was supposed to arrive, I was told the hostel was shut down and no one had warned me. I had to scramble for another room in São Paulo the next day. Service was awful and the staff seemed indifferent. I wouldn't recommend it.

The environment was fantastic. The space felt welcoming and the décor matched the surroundings. I really enjoyed the vibe. It was a pleasant stay.

The room was in terrible condition—dirty, in bad shape, and the first night I was put in a back‑corner room that felt like a horror movie. Breakfast was a joke: just two slices of bread with butter, and one day they didn't serve anything at all. When I asked over WhatsApp, they promised a refund for the breakfast and the room mix‑up, but after about 25 messages I still haven't received anything. The communication was awful and the staff seemed to ignore us. Don't stay here.

The bed was comfortable, but I spent a long time standing on the sidewalk waiting for someone to help me. The TV kept breaking during my stay, and breakfast was missing even though it was part of the price. I asked for a partial refund, but I didn't get it until February 18 and I'm still waiting. Overall, the service left a lot to be desired.

I couldn't get help with simple things like a water request, and they didn't serve coffee on Sunday. The shared bathroom was a hassle for anyone looking for a bit more comfort. The staff seemed indifferent and the amenities were lacking. I wouldn't recommend this place.
