“The value for money is low compared to the quality of service and facilities”

I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, I encountered a language barrier with the staff, which was unexpected given its international status. The Google translate app helped facilitate communication, but it wasn't ideal. I attempted to downgrade my room due to an early checkout, but that wasn't possible.

“Bad hotel, not recommended”

Unfortunately, my one-night stay at this hotel was marred by several issues. The rooms had a strong smell of cigarettes, the shower was broken, and the breakfast was average. What really stood out, however, was the complete lack of English spoken by the staff, including the manager. We had to rely on Google translate to communicate, which made things difficult. This lack of language proficiency was a major drawback, and it made our stay quite uncomfortable.

My stay at this hotel was a complete disaster. The room was not clean, and the toilet and shower were out of order, making things extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, the internet connection was terrible, constantly dropping in and out, and the staff refused to put a call through to my room when my daughters tried to reach me. What really took the cake, though, was being quoted one price over the phone and being charged double upon arrival, without any prior notification.
