The location and electric‑vehicle charging are good. Breakfast was included in the price but wasn’t provided at all. I asked Booking to fix the issue or compensate; they gave me flowers, but the hotel had no vase. I was asked to pay an extra 600 UAH for a child’s bedding.

The location is amazing, and the staff is very pleasant. The room was a luxury suite that was worth the money. I was a little worried about the quiet at night because of the casino, but it was completely peaceful.
