I liked the location, but the place was noisy with drunk people and the air was in bad condition.

Great location and very welcoming staff, 4 minutes from Sol and several metro stations nearby. The neighborhood is lively and everything is within reach. The bathroom (at least in my room) needs improvement and the décor could use a refresh. We stayed one night just to sleep; for a longer stay I’d look elsewhere for more space, especially in the bathroom.

“Una asquerosidad de lugar donde dure 2 min”

I could only say that as soon as I arrived I left, unable to spend even one night there; it smelled bad, the hallway was frightening, the sheets were stained, and the bathroom was terrible—nothing good to mention about the street or the building.

The location was fine, but the room was poorly cleaned and everything felt very old; the next day they didn't replace the towels and didn't clean the room.

“Excelente relación precio calidad en el centro de Madrid”

The location, price, and the gentleman who received us were the best; however, the policy claimed flexibility for changing dates, but when we had a flight delay we couldn't modify anything.
